I feel like nothing happens in each chapter. I mean, I like it in all, but nothing happens and it basically always ends in a cliff hanger... is this because it's based of a novel or something i find it so strange...

No, the problem is that the chapters are being released so slowly. The story is over in Japan, and has been for a while (I believe). These chapters are almost identical to the anime; it's just because we're seeing the story so slowly it feels like nothing new happens. What it really needs is more content per release. If that means waiting to release more of it over a longer period of time, so be it.
