I looked it up on wikipedia and they say they made an eleven episode live action version of it. I think I would prefer they did a long running Anime of each chapter, but this is what they have done that I know of.

btw- I haven't watched it yet, but wiki says it is an adaptation-moving the setting from high school to an office & i dnt think Soushi is a childhood friend; they also made a special set 3 yrs after night's death where he wakes up & wants Riiki back frm Sushi

Mehh... I don't like it very much.

Riko is really mean to Night all the time (except for like the last 2 episodes ) and the actress annoyingly overacts too much.

I absolutely hated Riko's landlady. So annoying... lol.

Soshi was pretty cool

I like the Night of the manga a lot more, though the one in the series wasn't too bad.

Mika was played out pretty good haha.

Overall, I like the manga way more, and probably won't rewatch the series, but oh weeelll... It was worth a try, lol :P I hope they make it into an anime that follows how the manga went, instead of switching stuff around like the series. I'd definitely watch that (a lot )

I agree with you too tiggipi. I was not impressed with the adaption of the jdorama especially the addition of the special episode is way too unnecessary. Sorry there are some *spoilers* from now. Why would the script writers re-ended Night in that way...it was way too harsh and heart wrenching (I wonder did Watese Yu sama approved of it). It is just absurd! I cried so much and got really depressed.
