WTH???

i'm always waiting for the weekly update knowing that this is a good manga and it will surely have a good ending.... like something weird would happen then rito would realize that she loves haruna/lala.... then confess..... (he did confess tho, only to both lala and haruna with a major misunderstanding to everyone....)

I think it never ended.... hahahah....

hmmm, i would have had him confess to lala has in the beginning, but instead of the confession to the other girls i would have made a long chapter about him getting together with lala, and haruna(?) and if he would get kids, One with each(?) at least something more than this....anything would do, but the lala+haruna thing is most likely.

this things happens in doujins........

for me..... im good with either lala or haruna.... but the ending should have a definite conclusion... he should have confess to either lala or haruna and give up on the other one.... we should always face it somehow ( like ICHIGO 100% or I"S) not a vague ending that is pretty much inconclusive.,....

honestly.... i was shock when i learned that this is the end..... i never saw it coming! who could have guessed that it will end like that.......

or an alternate ending..... RITO X MIKAN.... INCEST is the best!

Lame ending is lame!
Wtf was the authour of this crap thinking, it was a regular manga and he screwed it HARD.
Also i dont like to do fanfiction (im not a fan of anything by the way) but the best ending for me is that he would go to space with Lala, marry her and take everyone else as minions.
For example using golden darkness as bodyguard and personal assassin(even though shes too weak), twin sisters for diplomacy (cause they can talk with plants and animals) and other stuff.

Then he would be the king of the universe with a star party/team helping him out to conquer everything.

one word lala is wayy open minded so i would expect her to be okay with him marrying other girls the thing on my mind is if he did what would her dad do and also i would of like to atleast seen her mom and how she acts even tho the dad is considered a pervert(but he acts like its normal) so yeah

How we would want to end the series, right? My ideas:-

> Of course, divide and distribute the comedy and story progression evenly.
--> Scrap Chapter 162 - this sudden rule of "ploy-gamy"* was just unrequired. And I bet it was made that way because Lala wanted a 3P with Haruna. XD
------> Restart from the end of chapter 161.

> Expand on the heroines - Haruna, Yui and Yami for example, while also moving over to give room for Oshizu and Mikan.

It isn't how I would end it as much as how I would get to the end. Haruna and Lala were the only real contenders throughout the series, which was great for me (I was cheering for Haruna from the beginning), but it also made the ending determinable by flipping a coin (which was flipped and then swooped up by a bird it turns out).

I would have had Yui be more open eventually to the point where Rito or someone around him realized what was up, had Celine grow rapidly to a plateu age and done more with Rito and Kyouko. More than that, I would have broadened Lala's appeal (to Rito). I really don't know why he loved her other than that opposite sex roommate syndrome people get sometimes. Most of the time, she just got him into dangerous or embarrassing situations and he didn't want to be royalty. I wouldn't have changed a thing with Yami and in fact would have been tempted to make a showdown between them part of the ending. Who cares if he's an okay guy? A good assassin would pop the target while they were playing a mall Santa, if that was the best time.

So at around chapter 60 or so, we've got a wider choice of real possibilities: Lala, Haruna, Yui, Run, Celine, Kyouko, and what the hell, Mikan. She might already have a brother complex, let's run with it. At this point, for the next 20-30 chapters, the girls would kind of make their case by interacting with Rito and making him like them more or some, if he didn't already. The competition would be fierce and unpredictable. Right when Lala seems to be in the lead, Mikan comes back with "not only are we not blood-related, I'm actually only a year yonger than you, I'm just small for my age", which Celine counters through some weird love pollen.

Now that we have a good roster of potential "winners", about chapter 80-90, I start weeding out the ones who aren't going all the way. First, Celine. I imagine her as cheating, which Rito figures out and he denies her. Then Run, thanks to Ren. Then Mikan since, even if she isn't biologically his sister, he'll always think of her that way. Kyouko's celebrity lifestyle would take her too far to pursue and Lala's father would somehow disqualify him from being king, or his daughter's husband under penalty of blowing up the world. But I've painted myself into a corner because that leaves only Haruna and Yui and I think Yui would end up killing him, but Haruna might step aside for her. Either Haruna would get up her courage and confess or she would do something so heart-capturingly great that Rito would remember who he loved first and longest, and I think most deservingly. Haruna "wins", but you can tell why. Maybe have an online, international poll to see which runner-up ends up with Saruyama, Zastin and Ren.

Note: I didn't mention Oshizu because I've always thought of her as an unnecessary character with limited romance potential.

EDIT: I just realized I didn't include an ending. D'oh.

Rito and Haruna end up together for a while. I'll give them three years to be a couple and about nine as husband and wife. The other girls, even though Rito has turned down their affections, are mostly still around and still like RIto. Most have given up romantic pursuit, but Haruna, being a human woman, starts to mistrust Rito around them. And yes, I mean 'being a human woman' exactly how it sounds. There isn't a man alive who could keep the trust of any woman alive in this situation. Lots of women, all beautiful, one or two famous and some who don't get that in Japan, marriage means monogamy. She would almost have to be stupid (or know how much he loves her) to trust him. If he chooses one of the humans, the ending should be realistic. The rift starts forming just before the wedding and steadily deepens with time until it finally breaks them up. Rito never did or would cheat on Haruna, but she doesn't believe him. So, after 12 years together, they get divorced and by now, the other girls have either moved on or left the area. The last page should invlove Rito agreeing to have it out with Yami to the death and someone screaming in shock and dismay "HALF!?".

Just because this book is a romance story doesn't mean it has a storybook romantic end.
