I started to read Mars, And I really liked it,
I liked how the story developed, and the characters. But now Kira start to anoys the hell out of me. I came till v. 4 page 140, and al she can do is cry, cry and say nothing. Is this going on till the end of the manga, or will she become more strong willed? And cry less? 'Cause I really like the story, and I want to read it futher But if she stays like that, I will drop it.

Kira is a girl who doesn't fight back. She's scared of what might happen to her if she does. That's the character outline the creator gave her, hmmm?
And who knows, she might change. e.e

Kira has a reason for being the way she is right now. It is a huge part of the story plot. You should keep reading. The way Rei and Kira's relationship continues to grow is very heart-warming. It is a beautiful series, but the characters have some big issues to work through. Kira will change, but it is a very difficult change for her to make. I think you should keep reading and find out how Rei and Kira try to hold on to their relationship, which becomes increasingly more important to both of them with each new volume.

actually when kira cries it doesn't annoy me like in other shoujo mangas. i know she cries just as much as they do but for some reason it doesn't annoy me. maybe its bc she has a true sorrowful reason to cry unlike the other manga girls who cry over some boy cuz they caught him accidentally hugging another girl. man i love this manga. it truly is a heart-warming story. the art, plot, and characters are great. i'd recommend it to anyone.

I also think she's kind of annoying.... I mean, I only read the first 2 volumes and EVERY single chapter she cryes at least once. WTF!!! But I won't drop it: the plot is just too interesting, and the art is not bad-.- I'm having an hard time trying to find completed mangas with a good plot, good drawings AND a good ending!!!!! XD

Wow. People found her annoying?
She's like the only shoujo girl charactor I could bear to read about! All other mangas, the girls are so whiny and annoying and I just wanna snap their necks. Lol. Kira is so strong willed. If u find out what happened to her when she was younger, maybe you would understand why she appears weak in the start. Really people. Patience is a virtue. You're missing out so much by not reading the rest. One of the best Shoujo mangas out there aswell. I love how it's so unique and un-typical. And how strong Kira is. Psshh. I thought you guys were being sarcastic when you said she's annyonig. LOL. Cos she really is not. Aaaaaanyways. That's your opinion. I just wanna say, read all of the manga, then start judging. Laterzz

you know how sometimes you cry and than u feel so much better afterward...now imagine all the most horrible things that can happen to you, you haven't cried to anyone about it for years. suddenly you find yourself opening up, emotionally and physically to others, especially the one you love. i bet you would cry a lot too. and every time she cries she gets tougher. keep reading and u'll appreciate her strength from another perspective.
