They each have different strengths so it would be hard to judge. You should just ask which would win in a fight ;o. I'll just say Akisame.

Ok erm, I would say Akisame has the tactical advantage, also he has demonstrated to be pretty damn hardcore in the past... Thing is they all have their individual overwhelming strengths and advantages, which makes it a hard question to answer without resorting to favouritism... So, Shigure... What? I'm shallow...
