Yeah first, I loved this manga. It moved me a lot. Good idea, good story telling and drawing... very sensitive also.

I would like to hear your opinion about the way ikuru dies. Do you think it 's a fair death ? or like sensei you say it's even more cruel/sad ? Personnally I am not sure...

I personally liked this story. I don't understand what you are talking about when you ask if it was a fair death for Iruku.. It was a pretty sad way to go, but he was happy for a while even before his death was near because he was living for himself and Ai even after she died before him.

this story is trajic it kinda remind me that in a way we are actually going the same road. it was such a happy/sad ending when i finish reading it i will know i will always carry this in me.

it was REALLY sad, although i didnt get the reason why Ai died, but even though both of them died, the ending was still kinda happy, as a new life was born

I think it was very sad, I was crying for the last few chapters, but they were happy in the end at least

I liked the ending. Sure it was sad, but Ai and Ikuru weretogether atleast. In addition, Ikuru knew that he was going to die, so he made what little time he had, happy.

the story was great the way he died did add more emotional effect. but on the other hand it was cruel as heck. he died SLOWLY an PAINFULLLY, he was blind that kinda gives a sense of helpessness. that probably goes on the list of worst ways to die.

Its really sad seeing them die after having loved each other so much. At least it ends on a positive note.

His death was tragic but, I felt that the circle of life and death cont'd on. Just as in real life there is joy and sadness and sometimes you can feel both.
