yes as the title says, they would be the end of humanity! oh my i think im pretty smart for figuring this out since im normally an idiot maybe i still am and im just to stupid to realize im wrongXDD or that everyone knows this and im just being a retard for pointing it out XD ANYWAY back to the friggin point alright lemme explain, the humans are starting to fall for the persocoms, and persocoms cant have children, right? (seriusly i dont know ) and and then the humans would start to decrease... one by one kinda? well as yumi said the persocoms are kinda flawless :P ooh but then again the persocoms might be able to have children later.. but i dont think so :P oh and dont misunderstand, i love this manga and i think chi and hideki make a great couple XD and i also know that this is a manga, things never make sense in manga. and this is my first thread

Well that's pretty obvious. I know they can make persocoms look like children too, don't forget that aspect. It's pretty creepy considering they can't actually reproduce. Some look so much like humans it's unbelievable! So yeah, humankind will eventually die out unless they had people reproduce out of some necessity. But here's another thing to consider, these persocoms can actually take on the roles of workers! Eventually humans will becomes useless creatures because they never bother to do anything themselves because they let robots do the work!

OMG UR RIGHT :O thats the same thing that happens in wall-e!! and if the humans die does that mean that the persocoms would start to build persocom children? and persocoms cant really die, thats another problem XD well they might break eventually but anyway

Well, then again, you also have to remember the folk who like to go play with others than thier spouses/loved ones and such. The unfaithful ones will breed! Or the really intelligent people who also foresee the end of humanity and start breeding with other intelligent people in order to make sure that there'll still be someone around to repair the persocoms.

well yeah.. but i think most people dont want to have children unless their in love or maybe the would if they were really desperate XD

Yeah, but then, think about all those girls who have gotten accidentally pregnant from drunken one night stands. The race would continue to function via one night stands, accidental children, and persocom babysitters.

like an artificial womb or somthing
but you know theyll probably create more human ,coms or
people will just adapt a reproduce A (shudder)
or people end up like ghost in the shell either way humanity wont go down the drain

No... I don't think Persocoms would be the end of humanity. There are many more things already in this world which are much worse and could bring about the "end of humanity". I think Persocoms would benefit humanity more than anything. Especially in circumstances like Hideki's. (Man... It's been so long since I've even seen the word "Chobits"... I think I might read it again )
