I found the raw of volume 17 online. (the whole book)
But I don't know Japanese so I can't translate it.
In total though there are 4 chapters.
One is in the present and it's about 60 pages long.
If someone could translate or find me a translator I could give it to them and we could all read it together.

I just read the whole volume.
It's basically about before Otani and Koizumi met and after their graduation.

First part is Otani's first year in middle school, second part is Koizumi's second year in middle school (both of them get to know Umibouzu through a transfer student they both happen to be friends with), third part is their third year in middle school, where they happen to meet on the first Umibouzu concert without knowing their names or faces, since it's so dark and the last part is after graduation - Nobu-chan's back for holidays and they meet on Koizumi's birthday at the beach. Otani forgot that it's her birthday and well ... big drama.
Anyways. After that they go to a Umibouzu concert and on the way to the venue, they met their old friend Ishii - the transfer student.
Also they remember that concert, where they first met and can't believe they actually met before.

That's more or less all about the volume.
Oh and after that there's a making of of the anime, but I didn't really bother to read it ...
