I don't understand, he was in love with Ken so much that he tried to use Jae in order to make Ken inaccessible to him. And then there's Adrian, who Micheal also fell in love with.

What about Adrian, I thought he loved Micheal too. But then at the end he leaves with Eva, even though early Micheal says "you don't even love her". I'm so confused!!!

Did Ken know that Micheal loved him in that way?

I think you most likely misunderstood something.

True, Michael may have felt something akin to romantic love for Adrian, but i doubt that he really love loved him. Adrian is something like a surrogate father to him, someone who gave him a new life, just like what he is to Ken.

As for Ken, he loves Ken, but only in a fatherly way. The manhwa has lots of kisses/"I love you" but some of them aren't meant to be taken in a romantic way. The reason he tried to get Jae and Ken together was because he wanted Ken to feel how warm loving a person can be. He wanted someone to comfort and love Ken in the way that Eva and him could never do.

Michael thinks that Adrian doesn't love Eva, but that's not true, as we see in later volumes. Adrian does, in fact, love Eva dearly and Eva, obviously, loves him back.

Well , on my point of view kisses in lips arent necessary something sexual, in some cultures its a signal of respect,affection and very other things,and they all have a strong bond,everyone have a important presence on the life {or no-life) in another so its normal...besides I dont think vampires cares about sexual options when you are eternal it doesn´t look important at all....^^
