Do you want it to turn into a romance??
I dunno... looking at some other threads, people are expecting some romance in this manga... I mean it IS a Josei.... I want your opinions! As for me - HECK NO! {Please... not another magnificent manga be ruined by romance!!}

lol i dont mind the romance but for now, i would leave it as it is ^^
if another character other than belca somehow falls in love, then that's okay with me  if belca falls in love with some random character that we BARELY know, then.. idk what i'll do. might as well read it since its a really good manga >__>

well the thing is, i hope that there will be some romance in it
but not as the main thing if romance was the main thing, that'd ruin the story

I hope there is no romance in it because currently there is a lot going on so I feel that romance will just ruin the story. A little bit would be okay I guess.

Either way as long as the series commits to its chosen path it will be fine. I agree a good manga can be ruined by a half-hearted romance plot thrown in to get more readers >.> But if its done tastefully I wouldn't really mind and it could even add something if its good. We will just have to wait and see I guess

no, i hope not! this series is doing pretty good without romance and if romance were to be introduced, then there's a big possibility that the main story would get lost in all that romantic stuff....
and, honestly, i don't see any romance developing... (at least, not yet. haha. )

There are already hints of it, so it wouldn't be surprising to have it as a part of the story, but I think the main arc will be the restoration of legitimate rule / undoing the coup in progress, and recognizing the humanity of amontel. There's a lot there, but in the interim, putting Belca in a dress (and making him look cute to the soldier) and having Eco flirt bisexually keep the story complex. Face it, it's not Dragon Ball, and that's why I read it.
