He pops up from time to time. Chapter 3, 6, and 7 as far as I know.

or Touma is his name.
I really want to see him in Action
well maybe He is the Strongest Person bec.

well I just read that She is the 3rd of the Strongest
and so that Touma boy is the 1st of the strongest Person and bec. he said that
he had a fight with a MAGICIAN when He and Mikoto met after the fight on the Bridge well I think that is the scene where I saw it...

but I think that the MAGICIAN that Touma boy was saying is the 2nd of the Strongest...

This series is maily about the Railgun, aka Misaka.

Touma's story is mainly the other story, along with the Magical Index.

Don't be too surprised if he doesn't have a major role in this, although I hope he does because Misaka likes him

Yea... Touma is a supporting character in Railgun.

His story is with Index, where he goes on adventures that's related to "magic"

Railgun is about "Psychic" powers related issues, instead of "magic" related issues.

The main character in this series is Misaka, the sub-main character is her sister, all others are counted as supportingg character.

Touma can maybe act like Misaka's unrequested lover?... LOL

yeah i know. Which happens to be about index just as much it is about touma
i just want to see more of touma more the weakest guy in academy city fighting the strongest guys
i don't care to much about misaki she just like Ginji from getbackers with the lighting thing
i want to see a guy with no power to beat the shit out of other people with strong power much more interesting
