That was only the third chapter. All the other ones were at least around 35 pgs

Heh, the first 2 chapters was 35 pages, chapter 3 was 10 pages.
If you're wondering... Korean Manga usually have no chapter ends... they come in volumes not chapters... Which means the scanlators gets to decide how many pages they want to release at one time.. 10 pages is short, but it's not beyond short... there are mangas with only 7 or even 5 pages long (and they're with chapter ends too)
