I think Haruka will make it in time. Weither it's just in seconds, or way early, is up to the mangaka. My other theory is that she gets in danger and Mamoru finds and saves her. -shrug-

I still think they'll get married. But I'm a hopeless romantic, so I don't really help. xD

O_O Wow that'd be pretty awesome, except now they would both be adults... Hmmmmm interesting :P.
I'd like that, because it'd be more like a Leon - Claire pairing (Resident Evil Degenration zomg xD) and they could both be kicking bottom and helping each other out, making an awesome fighting duo, Yeah xD!

I think that the author/artist suddenly remembered that this was a seinen manga, and he needed more male-oriented fanservice lol.

I still don't get why Mamoru decided to just take off and leave, especially BLIND and without his sword. I mean, I know he's been having a BSOD moment, but seriously, what does he hope to accomplish like that? I'm assuming that he left his glasses behind because he doesn't want to be contacted/ followed/ found.

And did anybody else notice that we now know "Sierra's" real name?

I guess Mamoru wants to leave because he feels 'weak' (his EGO got hurt?) - He was kinda played with by Wiseman and now he's gonna do some training stuff like sitting under a waterfall and fighting with big bears~ (yay back to the roots)
OR he just wants to travel without his gang because he needs some Mamoru-Only-Time?

At the risk of sounding shounen-esque cliche, there's usually only one reason to take off without telling anyone...he's off to do more training....have to get stronger...must protect everyone...*insert typical shounen manga cliche here*

I can't recall exactly, but didn't we learn Sierra's real name earlier? Or perhaps I'm confusing the scanlated chapters with the raws....

Isn't he cute? Got a lucky shot in; it's rare that I can take pictures of my dog without him having "green-eye".

Training? HECK NO I hope not! (Shounen is good once in a while, but keep it out of my seinen! It's just like I don't want chocolate sauce on my hamburger. Speaking of that, I should make supper.... Enough rambling.) There's really no way he could solve that stuff by getting better at fighting; I think Wiseman (I just HATE saying that name for some reason, so I hereby dub him Mr W) said something to that effect.

Me, I know why I'd just up and leave: I have a "get the heck away from here" reflex when things get unpleasant. In the past, that involved biking to the back roads; now it can be driving to Grimsby, or in one particularly bad case, taking an impromptu road trip five hours away. But seeing as Mamoru is considerably more badass than I am, I hope it's something different. Maybe trying to lure bad guys away from Haruka; depends how he thinks of their relationship. That still doesn't explain why he'd leave his sword behind (unless he's got a spare in the cane he took), or his glasses. Unless he's just trying to leave everything behind.

EDIT: Also, I have to say that the last panel on page 2 is my favourite picture of him so far.
