Who was that?
Since I stop reading a long time ago because of the missing chapters now that I started reading it again I been wondering who was that girl Lucia killed in chapter 265.

She's kinda like the secretary, I'd say. I think I remember seeing her before, but she wasn't all that important. I mean, she wasn't even an Oracion Seis candidate.

Oh yeah just one last question, In what chapter do they show shiba's tenth sword  ?

Shiba's 10th form, the Star-Rave is never shown in the manga. It walk talked about, but it was never shown.

she was some kind of spy for DB if i remember correctly. Anyway, her role is: non-existent.
