All loose ends was tied up pretty well, and as yhh2k03 said, it´s not possible.

It´s not like she have lost her memories in a accident or something, Ren deleted everything about vampires from Karin´s memory and altered the rest. So the memories of her family does not exist anymore.

VERY WRONG

the memorys arent erased they are "Unable to be recalled" similar to going into a book store and not finding what your looking for cause its in the back room and not on the shelfs

Both Maki and Maki's mother know that karin had a family based on the fact that karin mentioned her mother's cooking and thier memory was never erased

Miss Usui also knows of Anju since she screamed that anju mention where she and kenta where living and she also know where karins house was based on that and she too was never erased

Yuriya and her uncle know karins secret and so far it looks like they arent informed of her memory lose and could accidently mention it

any of these could act as a store clerk and bring forth the missing books from the back of the proverbial store

but the best clerk is Ren's runt, we still dont know his blood preference so he could have a taste for "forgetfulness" which could resurface the misplaced memories...also vampire taste is based on the quantity of the trait how many people out side of altimers patients are going to forget the first 18-19 years of thier life

he could decide that he can't keep it a sercet any longer and tells her
and since she still has Vampire blood
Konan inherited her blood and is reicraniation of a vampire she
could awaken as Vampire later on

As the translator, I want to make it very clear that Ren never said her memories were "erased" he just said they were "forgotten and replaced" which means that he shoved the vampire memories in the back and replaced them with new memories so it wouldn't conflict.

It's stated very plainly in Ren's bubble at the very bottom of this page:

I think they just said "erased" but they really meant "replaced". Which makes me really wonder if Karin's parents just told Kenta that and in the letter that got sent to him to make him think that she won't ever be able to recall them ever again or something, even though they are still there.

Assuming that much, just mentioning her family or her being in a situation where she would be reminded of her family seems to make her memories somewhat resurface, but still can't get past the "lock" Ren put on them. So it might not be much of a stretch to say that if maybe she came face-to-face with her family or something similar, that her memories might break that lock and return. Of course, that's all just a theory.

it makes me very glad to see the translator clarifying that

and im sure there are more instances of close family related incidents in the manga i just dont feel like looking for them all at the time

also if i could speak and or wrie japanesse id even send the mangaka a letter and or email asking for a sequal or even going so far as to offer up ideas for the story and how it progresses

id do some pages but my drawing pales in comparison and as a fan id feel like im insulting the mangaka

if karin does get her memories back the markers arent going to be able to do anything about it

it took them 4 YEARS to seal her memories the first time and i doubt even karin will be ditzy enough to let ren get close enough for a second go around

if kenta was to say anything he would have said it by now its been almost 20 years since then

there is a character in vol 2 and 3 that was bitten by karin and never had her memory erased, karin may look a little different but kanon is almost a clone of karin at that age and may cause the girl to react thus getting karin to react
