Did you know it is old movie named "Gremlins" that the petshop is in.
If you are a fan of this manga, I suggest you see the movie

uh i think i watched that movie but i dont remember it much but the petshop in the movie was really count D's or was it smilar o.o...cool!xD

Hah hah, funny you mention that, I thought of Germlins when I first started reading Petshop of Horrors. It's on the same idea, here is a pet, just be sure to follow the conditions. But, of course, rules get broken, and then there is chaos. But yeah, it is worth checking out to anybody who hasn't seen it.

When I first read it, I had the manga in class and I burst out laughing because of the Gremlins reference. And all I could think when I continued reading was "Oh my gosh, that is a lot more gruesome then the movie was" O.o
