i search and find out that there is a sequel!!! Koigokoro Kyoumeichuu!! will it be scanlated also????

^^ which one of these came right after Koigokoro Senpukuchuu? is Koigokoro Kyoumeichuu the first sequel and if it is, then is Koikokoro Koushinchuu the second sequel? just wondering why the scanlating group would scanlate the second sequel before the first.
