He had his own before Detective Conan, but Gosho never finished it. He was first, but apparently, people like Shinichi better...I don't, I like them equally.

Actually, the ending of the Magic Kaito should have been taken place during the time of the Movie 1 of Detective Conan. Several character from Gosho Aoyama's works have also crossed-over in Magic Kaito, such as Yaiba and his family(Yaiba!) and Kudo Shinichi(Detective Conan).

Yeah, he create Magic Kaito first before Conan (after Yaiba)...
I just re-read Yaiba recently and remember how much I like it when I was junior high-school.. It always makes me laugh |

magic kaito, kaito kid's own manga? i have read it.....
 but i don't think they finished it.... and yes i think shinichi and kaito are equal!!!! but why??? gosho should have at least finished it.....

I just started reading it..and I'm currently in it's 3rd chapter. Somehow, I feel like Kaito' s face in Magic Kaito is different in Detective Conan. (I think his face in MK is puffier)

magic kaito i read it before
a very good manga but i like kaito in conan more than his manga he is so cool in conan while in his manga he is somehow funny |

Yup.The manga is somehow..comical. He is cooler in Detective Conan.
