I loved the story in the games but the fighting was way too repetetive so i gave up and decided to wait for the manga and now its here!

i just beat the fourth game last week, it actually was really easy and the story was fun, in fact, i think the manga changes just made it worse

well the games are in 4 discs for the series, its fun for being an RPG, everything is fun about it except for 2 things, it takes forever to level up, and it takes a while to beat all 4 games of the series, so i recommend to only get it if you have a lot of free time on your hands

i haven't beaten the fourth... in fact i haven't played it yet T_T
but i will say one thing... it's worth playing because, even thought he manga is different, the game gives you the full view of what's going on in "The World" at the same time there's an anime that takes place at the same time... but it shows what's going on in the Real World...it's good and a must to piece it all together

yeah it really is a nice game, and also the anime demoncurse is talking about is .hack//liminality which comes with the series one episode for each game, so i guess thats another reason to buy the games

i love the fact that its about a game and that means they can wear game clothes which i like

I'd played the GU series first, so it was pretty shell shocking for me when I started to play infection... The graphics for the players were pretty dead in comparison, but I acutally like the old battle style better. It's much harder, and has an easier flow...
But I think I like G.U. better, because the cutscenes are just so badass. In Infection, it's hard to tell apart the cutscenes from normal play (ifnyou weren't the one playing, mind you).
