Besides, those two balance each other out perfectly. They're practically made for each other.

But I wonder about one thing: Garcia x Fabiola... That scene in the pool was pretty sweet. (Also made me realize that the age gap between them might actually be small, since they're the same height, and Fabiola looks like she's at most 17, especially if you look at her cute face and chest). I think it's actually possible.

Throughout the manga , we see the developing relationship between the two.

Revy is such an interesting character because she is so flawed and full of contradictions.One one hand shes a crazy cold blooded murderer, who has no problems putting a bullet in anyone who pisses her off yet on the other hand , can show surprising loyalty and perhaps even love to those who deserve it.throw in a lot of loneliness as well.

Shes knows shes screwed up and a lot of her anguish with Rock , is over that fact. He's just so normal Like she says in japan , he could just pick up where he left off , she cant do that.She really lives in another world, whereas hes not totally committed to either.

The turning point on their relationship was for sure , that discussion in the sub .She had a very dog eat dog view of the world.To her nothing was more than a means to gain you something else.That's why she cant stand Rocks view that life can be otherwise.That would imply , that there is something else than money to live for.She begins to change when he challenges her life view in that open cafe.There has to be more to live for than that.just look at the fact that she follows him into situations her old self would have never entered in a million years.

Revy on the other hand is the key that opens Rocks prison , she shows him to how live outside of the box.In a way she really is confidant and protector and yeah love interest as well.Though I don't think its yet a physical relationship for all you fan boys out there!

It's the question of master and puppet or in this case brains and muscles. revy is good with fighting but rock is good at figuring things out without too much violence that's why he states by this comparison that they are perfect for each other because they complement each other's weaknesses(That's why it's the most obvious example of their relationship). IMO...if she even likes dudes ...which I never got the impression from the anime. I look forward to reading the manga for the first time here..If I'd pair her with a (het) couple it be Dutch...but like I said I don't think she's into guys *like that* and in that case it would definitely be Roberta...the only chick that kicked her butt..XD!

Well. I think Revy and Rock make an excellent couple and there are a few times the manga has left me wondering if they weren't already in a sex buddy type relationship. However I have to argue with yall that put Rock down as a normal guy. Now before him and Revy went to japan you are right but since then he has changed in fact several times in the last story arc you are left wondering is he really trying to help Garcia or is he addicted to the thrill of being in the middle of a highly charged situation. Think of how often he says this should be fun with that cold insane smile as everyone else is worried about either there life or the lives of people they care about. Then tell me he is still normal and can go back to his old life. In japan Revy told him not to look at the girl kill hersellf that it would scar him. Well I believe it did. In combination with all the other death. Rocks heart has started the trip into the dark. That means Revy is now even more important to him since she is all that will let him survive his new suicidal meaning of the word fun.

I think that Rock and Revy are cute (well, as cute as Black Lagoon can be ) together.

And I think that they might actually be having a relationship, because during that whole gun and bullet speech thing, she was walking around practically naked in front of him and neither seemed to mind. And while Revy may not be bothered no matter who it was (I'm not too sure on that point), being not being phased by it AT ALL isn't normal. I mean, we saw him when Balalaika was editing porn and in Rowan's strip club, he was blushing and averting his eyes! And yet, in that scene, he was completely blase.

Oh, and does anyone know why Revy said 'Dirty bastard,' when she sent him off for water at the end of that scene? Unless... I don't know. Any ideas?

Ding ding ding. Someone else spotted one of the spots that make me think they are in some type of physical relationship. And I think the bastard comment was because he said something that made it hard to argue with him and said she was important to him without going into his feelings. Or that is the best I can explain it.

Wow. That actually makes sense. The whole her not being able to argue with. Although 'dirty' doesn't seem to comply with that, but I could be wrong.

And I'm glad I'm not the only one to notice and register that.

Just as a side note, my mom has seen a couple episodes of BL (I sorta commandeered the TV when it was on) and when I was telling her about somthing else that happened I had to check she knew the characters because she is notoriously bad at names, so I said 'okay, so you know Revy?' and she did, and I was like 'so you know Rock?' and she replied 'that's the guy she's in love with, right?' And I replied that they weren't *officially* in a relationship and she just said 'oh, she loves him'.
