Doesn't Manabe act and look a whole lot like Mio? she's really go that look and fearsomeness doesn't she? do you think Mio was based off her?

No,no way.Mio gives people the shivers,they start shaking at her sight,Mio is "inhuman"(she even says so),she has deep psychological complexes and pride at the same time that makes her really evil while suffering.Manabe is a powerful and imposing character and maybe creepy(always being in corners and stuff),but no relation to Mio,at all.They only look alike in terms of external appearance,but then again,all Nakamura's characters look alike,it's her style of drawing.Manabe doesn't act like Mio,they are not similar at all,there's no way Mio was based on Manabe-__-

what i´m gonna say is totally stupid, so grab on something...
i like to think that the characters are actors and actresses... for example, when Clamp created Cardcaptor Sakura, they used the same characters in later mangas... in this case would be similar (for me at least) like in kyoko´s real life when she changes her outfits and manners to play a role!!! they are the same actors playing dfferent roles, depending on the manga...

sorry... can´t help it! this is how manga affects me!!!

I actually was thinking she kind of reminded me of Moko ~Kanae Kotonami~
Cause how she thinks about the world in different way than others she's kind of a mix from Moko and Mio and a little Natsu (her model body, her grace, and her poise)

lol but she is seriously an awesome character

But Manabe does look a bit like Mio, especially when she looked at the photo club girls. Except that Mio is much more scarier.
