Who do you think is the BO's boss?
I personally think it's Gin.

I know that they should be two different people but THAT is my opinion.
Isn't there one episode where Gin said that Vermouth is the Boss' favorite?
And I think the two of them are getting along pretty well.

I think it's Yusaku, he, like the boss, is well read, a man, knows police procedure, and his way arond chemicals, he is Night Baron after all so he should know that last one. Furthermore, in his first appearance, he was going to take Shinichi out of the country and deny Interpol a poroper witness statement, assuming he was going to call Interpol. Also, the only way to kill Kaito Kid, the man who foresees everything, would be to confront him when he is the man behind the monocle, something Yusaku knew. Since Yusaku knew and didn't rat him out, has a reputation with the police, and he's Night Baron, Toichi? probably wouldn't second guess talking to Yusaku face to face about anything. Last, writers write what they know and his mystery novels are extremely popular, so maybe he does more than just think up the mysteries sometimes.

Mind giving us reasons as to why you think like that? This is Detective Conan, gut feelings are accepted as reasons as long as you look for evidence, but thoughts and theories should be discussed.
After all, Conan does better when he has Heiji to think with, so if a bunch of us put our heads together, we'll probably find the right answer.

Honestly, I'm absolutely clueless....I can't think up of anyone of the present characters as "anokata"/ that person. I think he (or maybe even she) is someone we haven't seen before but still, I'd want to know who that person or at least how he looks like.

Yeah, I agree..that'd be really freaky.

About Shinichi's father being the organization's leader, I personally think that it's impossible. What could his motive be if he was the one who's behind all the crimes done by the BO?
He's smart, he's rich, he's famous and he's married! Don't you think he already has a wonderful life?
Why would he want to lead a dangerous organization? Why would he marry if it might bring danger to his family? I mean, if he was really the boss, he'd be as careful as possible, right? He'd try to avoid being involved with people outside the organization.

Besides, due to his fame, he's quite busy with his career. It seems to me that he wouldn't have time to plan and order out assassinations like their boss does.
