Default reading this made me realise

Reading this manga made me realise that i have quite a happy and easy life.. so when i'm depressed over something, i'll just think about all the drama and stuff from this manga and get over it, just like they did.
So, in short.. this manga made a great impact on me..

When I first read MARS I felt like I was being sucked into this 'warp zone'... it didn't help that at the time I was going through my own personal tragedy... But I think that this manga really has substance. Its not 'psycho-babble-bullshit'... Its human. Its tragic. Its in your face.

But despite the fact that it is disturbing at times, you gain peace because in the end, even when this world is full of sick sick people. If you just continue doing what is right, even if it isn't easy... If you continue to just be honest with yourself and pursue those things that bring life and not death. If you continue to love - to give and to receive freely -- the world becomes better.

*sigh*... I've just had a mini MARS marathon. drama AND manga... crazy. crazy.

Yeah, it just kind of gets to you. But it makes you think too. You see how people change in life. You get to see the disgusting beauty to life. It's all art with it's drawings and words. You see how people are drawn to each other rather than just trying to belong together and how love can help you. There is just so much to say... I cannot type it all. But I remember, when I read this, I couldn't get it off my mind. I was in some distant world. I could understand it and love it completely.

true true. though this is heavy and disturbing at times...it is a possibility in reality after all. I'm just so happy they found each other. but wow, I felt so sorry for Rei, I mean, losing both mother and brother to suicide T.T Then he gets his racing fetish from his dad(biologically), and I mean, just phew. And Kira...the rape thing..just so sad, makes me wish I were there to save her...poor girl. I got so mad with her stepdad, like I wanted to kick him so badly -.- But really, this manga, once again, shows that love conquers all =D and good shall always triumph over evil, and against all odds.(wow hehe)

Yeah, this manga had an impact on me too. Its a really good story that I'm sure I'll remember unlike some mangas that i forget all about it. This one is so great. I'd buy it if only they sold it any where near my house.

Mars has a great story to tell. It has a lot of lessons to share but I'm too lazy to share.

wow i have to say, i agree with all of you
my parents say that i'm addicted to man( which it true)
but i think even if that's the case, there's a lot you can take from it too
even though you're totally focused one one story in your own world, in a way it's kind of broadening your mind....

MARS was GREAT
i wish i could see more XD

Well you're lucky then. Sometimes reading MARS makes me feel like I'm reading bits of my life.
