I doubt Skeith is still usable. The epitaph's gained their avatars from character data from what I understand. Haseo may look the same but it's likly in R:X he had to remake his character so his data would be diffrent. Pluss it's very likly that not all of the epitaph users appear, so haveing the avatars wouldnt make sence without all eight. I do hope though.... Skeith pwns all.

to tell you the true, haseo has a different outfit compared to the game.
It's the same outfit that he add during the demo of hack fragment so i think the only power he has is the data drain

If I remember correctly, the epitaph users in G.U. got the power to summon their avitars taken away at the end of the game by Aura.

Well Tsukasa still has his Gaurdian even though it's a new verison. So there is a probabilty that Haseo might still has Skeith.

I find it strange that Tsukasa is still able to use her guardian.
It would be really exciting if Haseo can use his Skeith! Its quite possible since Haseo had Skeith before when he used to be Sora.
What i hope is that the reason for Tsukasa still having the guardian will be explained because I dont understand why she would have it if its a totally new game...
I would also like to know who created AIDA, but my research on that says that they have not decided for the reason of AIDA's existance yet. But i should discuss this on a different thread on .hack//GU. sorry...

Yay! I can share my thoughts on AIDA's creation with you after this paragraph!

Remember when they created R:2? Aura was still there. So why not the 8 Morganna Factors? Skeith seems to be drawn to Haseo, or rather Ryou Misaki, so I don't see why not. And Tsukasa... just be thankful she still has it!! Maybe it's the similar to my Skeith theory?


And AIDA's creation... BEHOLD THE ULTIMATE RESEARCHING OF SAKUBO!! (there may be spoilers, as I back my opinion)

The .hack easter eggs state that each Wave was created to study negative aspects of humans, to eventually become ultimate A.I.'s as seen in the first four .hack games. Now, in .hack//Returner, it states that AIDA was created to gain information on people's hate. See the similarities? Since the Waves were created by Morganna, it's likely that so was AIDA. Note that AIDA desires the Epitaphs, which should be obvious to anyone who has played the G.U. PS2 games. So, AIDA could have been an A.I. created by Morganna to retreive her Waves.

I know it's far-fetched, but hey, it makes some sence to Bo, too.

Yeah, that's also a possibility. AIDA could have been some sort of add-on update to the phases; maybe it was meant to attach itself to the Eight to make them stronger and/or help Morganna (should she still exist) regain control over them. Anyway, that's how I interpreted your message... >>''

If there's one thing that most can agree on, AIDA has a connection to the phases. Or might even be one. But I didn't really understand the 'good AIDA' thing in Returner. Does that mean there's still AIDA out there? Hidding? Taunting us with it's 'We're good, you can't hurt us' mask?! O.o
