There are lots of i but the only ones that came in my mind is 17 sai no mama, Kami-sama no Orgel, NANA and Bitter virgin.

Aishiteruze Baby, it's different from manga's like Akkan Baby, but in some ways similar.

You may have already read this, but it's about a 17 year old boy who gets put in charge of his young niece that his aunt has left to his family (the aunt's husband has recently died and feels that she needs some time). Kippei (main character) treats his niece as his own and from this experience matures and eventually develops a relationship of his own.

I loved it, but like I said it may not be exactly what you're looking for.

It's slightly different from Akkan Baby, but I highly, highly recommend this.

the manga H20 has something with young pregnancy...even though it isn't the main character that has the young pregnancy. You should read it anyways it's a good manga
