I really wish I could help but I have bought all of them and the one's I have are from left to right. I don't know if these ones are japanese and translated because then they would be right to left. I have done research and they flip it when they translate it to english (VIZ - the publishers), like all of Rumiko Takahashi's work, but the nature of the scanlations is a mystery to me. I just looked it over though and I'm pretty sure it's left to right...

They're also read from left to right. Just like the american produced version. Don't ask me why.
