I personally believe Renka would win seeing as she seems to be constantly fighting Master Class opponents while Miu, at the time of Shou v. Kenichi fight, seemed to be about equal or lesser than Shou in terms of speed, power, and skill.

You have to remember Miu was fighting mindlessly at that time, and Shou was borderline master. I believe that if Miu fought her, Miu would be able to when by psyching her out. She does have the whole "Kenichi started martial arts to protect me" thing. In the chapter where Renka first visits Ryozanpaku, she asks Kenichi why he started martial arts. His answer was to protect Miu, and Miu overheard it.

i think miu has it.....though honestly i've never seen renka fight.....theres 1 scene where she beats on ken and 1 where she kicks a few guys outa an elevator and the 1 that takeda got involved in recently but.....i cant think of a fight that i've seen her involved in alone soo im forced to chose miu blindly

Even when she fought him not out of control like Miu was still unable to best him considering the added fact that he was holding back both times he fought her, also Shou was never mentioned to be close to being a borderline master. They said he had the potential but never specifically say he is close to becoming a master. As for Renka she is already to see the fighter lines left by Masters when they are playing "chess" with their enemies in fights, and it has been stated that she constantly fights opponents that are Master Class (though never alone). Of course I suppose we should refer to each of these Masters by Ranking. Renka has been able to hold her own against Master Class opponents of the 3rd Rank, that should be about Fortuna's level. Miu on the other hand, even though she has been immersed in the world of Martial Arts, she has of yet to be shown actually defeating someone of even atleast Shou's rank muchless even attempt to fight someone Master Class. Hence why I believe Renka is probably a few steps ahead of Miu.

A tie. Miu and Renka are equal in power to each other considering the vast similarities the two share with each other. Just as Miu still has a slight edge against Kenichi, it's true for Renka as well. She pummelled the fodder that Kaku (Taichi dude) had trouble with in addition to being able to see the Shockwave Orbits, a feat even Kenichi wasn't initially able to do.

Miu does not have a Master(atleast not on screen yet) nor has been shown that she specifically trains with the exception of when her and Kenichi are sparring or until they are going to be involved with YOMI that it seems like she is interested in training with the intent on protecting him from girls. Alot of her time seems to be directed at maintaining the Dojo, doing the cooking, the cleaning, going to school, going to buy groceries, etc... It may be due to Kenichi's promise or even his staying at Ryuuzanpaku but from what I've seen she does not seem to display the personal interest in martial arts as people would like to make it out to be. I think it's like it was stated before that she was a Genius or may be a Prodigy when she was younger and trained but it doesn't seem like she trains as much as it's made out to be. Of course again this is completely assuming that her spar time is devoted completely to Cooking, Cleaning, Going to school, going to buy groceries, maintaining the Dojo, and stuff of that nature.

Miu's master is the Elder. You may not see them train, but it mentioned it in the manga. I don't know who would win, but I think I lean a bit more towards Miu, because her master is the Elder.

You're right, I forgot sorry about that. Some details do slip me sometimes. I remember now when the Elder told younger Miu that for her own sake he wasn't going to hold back on her.
