Well,the manga is really not that great. The anime is AMAZING,though.
And of course they'd put her on the cover,she's the title character: The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.

the anime was GREAT can't wait for season 2!! airing in april 29!!
i don't like the manga, its drawing is kinda childish and not cute!

Well...the art isn't nearly as good as it is in the anime. I definitely like the anime better. It's funnier. But to not like the series itself just because Haruhi's picture is on the front? Thats bad judgement and kinda stupid.(no offense) She's the MAIN CHARACTER. The series was NAMED AFTER HER. It makes sense that they'd feature her the most. What would be annoying was if some else's picture was on the front all the time. That'd be stupid.

I rather the anime WAY more than the manga
The art in the manga is a little weird... and I think the story moves faster then the anime  I like the art in the anime better
