I don't get it, dose he really hate her, or dose he love her ?? what did he mean when he said she was the cruel one?? confuzzed someone plz explain =)

Yeah, he does like her. I think the reason why he said she was cruel was because she was oblivious to the fact that his feelings for her had changed from friendship to romantic love. She was just treating him like a friend (giving him another girl's number, asking dating advice) when he likes her more than that, which is why he said it was painful being near her and why he said she was cruel.
