It started out promisingly enough, but after a while... Ryoko's self contradicting behavior and over-naivete get old. I won't tell other people not to read it, but I would like to warn readers who are no longer impressed with the female lead always, always being bull headed and always, always being overly not terribly bright (that's not a good combination IRL, and it doesn't work for me).

Some people find that behavior very cute, and that's great for you guys.

But I have a hard time with each chapter telling a short story about the female lead doing something really silly, and the male lead having to coerce her into not acting like a 10 year old.

I'm not a huge fan of Sei, either, but I guess I just feel like she deserves (and obviously enjoys) the way he treats her. Her lips say, "No, no," but her body says, "Yes, yes!" I don't like the message that sends, either.

This post is less for fans of the series (obviously

) and more for the people who were curious about what non-fans thought (that is to say, if ANYone didn't like it, what was the reason? I like to check out others reasons for disliking something, if a story has gotten as many stars as this one has - their reasons might actually mesh with my own).

yeah, i agree. too high and unrealistic level of smuttiness - i can't really imagine.
