You guys know the author is dead, right? So the series never completed, but you can always check out the anime and drama.

"Kaoru Tada died in 1999 of a cerebral hemorrhage. While moving to a new residence, she hit her head on a marble table and fell into a coma. Three weeks later, she passed away. She was 38."

Its like something out of Final Destination! With all those weird and freaky accidents...
But,really, that is very sad.And so young too.

If you want an ending watch the anime. Its so sweet.

Dunno about the manga. Never read it and wont bother for obvious reasons.

The anime left me happy enough.

Aaah the Manga is even better then the anime. In the later chapters it goes way more into details and there is none of the skipping 4 years things. Although it ends abruptly it is still one of my favourites. I hope someone picks it up one day my japanese is still pretty horrible and basic.

I hope Kaoru Tada liked the anime adaption

Although a lot was skipped out all of the major developments etc kept very close to it

even though the anime ending is perfect,
i feel about about the author ;_;
she is the creator of itazura na kiss and i wanted to see how did she want to end it.

... so sad.

Yeah, I was really sad when I learnt about the author's death... I hope the anime/drama did the author proud. RIP Kaoru Tada. (u_u)

I can't believe the author died!! i watched both seasons of the drama and it's just wonderful!

I wanted to know if she was really pregnant at the end though! GRR, but besides that, it was a great drama and manga and anime lol

when i heard the author died i totally freaked out.
it's so sad.

i usually hate it when anime ends are very different from the manga. even though i really liked the anime it's sad that you don't know how the author wanted it to be.
