When should Dragon Ball have ended?
This is a simple question: should the Dragon Ball manga have ended before it did? And if so, where should it have ended? I thought it should have ended with the Freeza arc. I mean, they had established the mst powerful villain in the universe, and he was defeated. There was absolutely no reason to take it any farther than that. (even though I did greatly enjoy the boo arc)

Yeah I agree freeza arc but I did also like the beginning of the buu arc with videl and sayiman

i think it ended about teh right time but i agree it woul have been more definitive if it ended at teh freiza or cell saga X3 lawls

as much as i enjoyed the boo arc, it would have made sense to end it with cell.
he was the ultimate villain, he was like all the heros and villains put together into one charactor. |

ye but the popularity of the series called for another arc and another stronger vilian and stronger transformations and so this is how it ended up.

Personally i would of loved it to go for longer
 I would of loved to see Vegeta go all bad ass on Kakarot and them having another saga to themselves.

I think that what Toriyama's original plan was to let goku die on Namek as the legendary super saiyan (after defeating Freeza) and have Gohan go on adventures like Goku did. I would have liked that. DragonBall (without the Z) was cool.
