OVERRATED:
Yellow - Because of Specialshipping or cuteness maybe but nothing special about her
Silver - I dunno why is he so popular

i agree... silver's popular probably because of giovanni or because of his "MYSTERIOUS" and "QUIET" attitude.

silver ? for several things... like say ifranticshipper, he is mysterious, the son giovanni, for chosenshipping and dispute between green and silver...err....for many others shipping too....with soul...whith gold....

Yellow ? yes for specialshipping, feelingshipping, ambershipping, jadeshipping..... many shippings..... for hercuteness like you said ....for her powers and her originals clothes....

I agree with it all, except for Silver! SILVER IS SOOOOO Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Red is also totally overrated! Just because he's the 'main character' and 'has the pikachu' doen't mean is all that!
Gold is also overrated, i think so at least, he didn't seem like the best main character, Crys was so much better

Red is not overrated. And I think the fact that he has Pikachu is one of the things people like least about him. Red's a tactician, much like Emerald except Red's totally badass. And one of the best (and worst) things about Red is his inevitable comparison to Ash; again, the Pikachu...

And as far as Yellow being overrated... I think Yellow's underrated. I haven't NOT seen I-hate-Yellow-posts in any Yellow-related threads.

You make sense... but the only reason i don't like red is cause of his ash-ness, and Yellow doesn't really contribute that much, but therefore hasn't shown us anything about why we should like or dislike her...

So what if she has alot of shippings? There are other shippings with other female characters too. >___>'' Her cuteness? Well most girls aged around 10~12 like Yellow because she looks younger than other Dexholders... plus, her long blonde ponytail. .___. and powers... yeah the sad thing is that too bad she falls asleep after she uses it once. It's not that ideal to heal a Pokemon. Why not go to a Pokemon center? o___O Her clothes aren't original... it's out of fashion..... i don't like her purple boots... why couldn't they make her wear uggs instead? also, a cute dress with her black longsleeved shirt.

Overrated

Yellow - She really can't battle on her own, her Pokemon themselves are sadly weak and she doesn't really do much on her own... Unless she activates he convient uber powers.

Underrated

Crys - Although she isn't a particularily spectacular battler, she is very smart and resourceful, and really not talked about too much.

Silver - People sort of overlook him a little, but I think he really does deserve a little more attention. From what I have seen in other forums like Serebii, there is pretty little discussion on him... It's only Mangafox where he gets a little limelight.

Sapphire - Ruby and Emerald were sort of the stars of the arc, and no one talks about Sapphire unless they mention FranticShipping.

Dia - He is an amazing character, really, and the high point of this series. He's just too funny.

Platinum - Although she borrows Pokemon and such, for having 0 experience beforehand, she is doing pretty well.

Just Right

Red - He deserves all the attention he gets because he is definitely an excellent battler, a great character and after all, the first main character in the series.

Green - He's a great battler, and a good character, but not outstanding.

Blue - She an excellent and funny character who gets a fair amount of exposure, but usually through shippings.

Gold - Most people on here adore Gold, and who can blame them <3

Ruby - See Gold XD

Pearl - I haven't seen anything truly impressive with him yet, so he doesn't have much of a following yet.
