After having read through Furuba a few times,I can`t help but to see how many of the characters seems to have some traits of something called Asperger Syndrome.For those who don`t know what it is,AS is a mental disorder where the person have sosial difficulties often withraws from others and are often considered weird by the people surrounding them,thus resulting in alot of people with aspies being bullied as children.In return these people are extremely kind and goodwilled,with a great sense of creativity,and almost always have one or more subjects they are really good at and will find more easy than "normal" people.Some celebrities who had AS was Thomas Edison,Isaac Newton,Albert Einstein,Ludwig Van Beethoven,Bob Dylan,Leonardo da Vinci,Shakespeare and Michael Jackson to mention a few.Just to say,there are different levels of AS and Michael Jackson clearly had it to the extreme.The one with higher level of it have more difficulties than the ones on a lower level.

Some cartoon characters and their authors who have AS(the ones I`m familiar with):

- Calvin from the comic Calvin and Hobbs
- Charlie Brown from The Peanuts (where the serie`s creator,Charles M. Sculz also had AS)
- Satoshi Tahiri, the creator of Pokemon
- L of Death Note shows very good traits of having it

++++ and I will bet my life there are many manga authors with AS as well,since like stated above,one of its most visible and positive traits is great creativity


And what`s interesting,considering Furuba,there`s a book called "All cats have Asperger Syndrome" since their nature and attitude may resemble that of a human with aspies,in particular not minding being alone.Considering what the symptoms of Asperger is,the characters in Furuba who would have this would be Kyo,Yuki,Kisa,Hanajima,Machi and Rin.

Now I know the reason for their social diifictulties and such is mainly because of the curse,however if they were real life people,pretty much guaranteed would it be that they would be on some kind of level of Asperger.

This is my observation and thoughts,if anyone have any thoughts and possibly had some experience with AS youselves,do share
