Ouran and Special A
While reading the story i noticed that the story and the characters are definitely same with Special A...
First the character... Tamaki-Kei Haruhi-Hikari Mori-Ryuu Twins-Megumi and Jun Kyoya-Akira (they can give devilish aura) Honey-Tadashi (because they love to eat...) Renge-Sakura then the plot of the story when tamaki is abducted by her grandmother to the mansion it's the same when kei was abducted by his grandfather in europe.. Anyone agree? (sorry for my poor english) If some threads like this have been post in the past i'm sorry i don't want to be annoying i just want to know what others think of it...

Really?... I see very few relations, particularily from characters... They're both School life and Romance, and that is about it.

Yep, except Kei was true to his feelings from the start. There are also parallels to "Beauty Pop." I think Ouran, though, is operating of a completely different level than those manga series. The story telling and the humor are more sophisticated in Ouran.

i really dont think that s.a and OHSHC are not all that similar
OHSHC is more humorous and the characters feel a lot more real while S.A is like an overload of the fact that they are all super rich and at the top of the school |

I guess they are slightly similar, but Ouran seems to carry a different tone, and the plot really seems more...say....realistic (I use that term loosely) and, as of late, pessimistic in tone.
And I think that the Kei and Tamaki really are too different. They joke around, but it seems like Kei is overall relaxed while Tamaki is just stressed.

A big no!
This is my first time hearing OHSHC comparing to SA.. Usually it's KWMS and SA... Sorry but.. The story of OHSHC is very unique and the characters are really interesting. I agree in the few parts but OHSHC is really original, unique and very interesting. Even guys are very attached to it XD!

I think there would be similarities here and there with manga of the same genre.
For instance I have read a few mangas that have love triangls. Just like Ouran. I guess so long as there is something that sets Ouran asides from the rest, thats what makes it a good manga

Quite the same...but in my opinion ouran is more funny
 and I enjoy reading it...!Not that I find SA boring, oh no no...It's a good one too...it's just that...I don't like ouran is being compared or something... But anyways, it's just my opinion....
