i think she means she was stupid for not leaving the classroom when the sempai asked her to, and the teacher asked if she was going home. maybe because if she had declined and stayed, then she would've seen the teacher at the baseball game, and she wouldn't have a uneasy feeling of the sempai and sensei being alone together and ditching them. (sry, i totally forgot the names just now, so yah. and i don;t feel like looking them up now.)
