Well first when i heard soul and makas voice i thought, makas good souls okay but once i heard black stars and tsubakis, maka and souls are perfect. Why is blackstars voice so... girly, i mean in japanese its high pitched too but it wasnt this bad. :/ oh well, tsubaki is disapointing to but not as much.

On a second note, i cant wait to rewatch it all in english! C:

I can't stand to watch dubbed anime. The voices all sound so fake. The subbed episodes of Soul Eater have been out for a while. Yay!

AHHH Blackstar's voice is so terrible! It hurts my ears just listening to that clip... xD

Gah... I've been happy with all of the voices so far except for Black Star's. He sounds way too much like a girl. =__=;;

@LastAngel: I've got to disagree with you there. I find that sometimes dubs are actually better. Personally, I really like the FMA dub better than the Japanese, although I don't mind watching it in Japanese if I have to. I also like the Slayers, Pokemon, and Digimon dubs better. Oh, and every Nippon Ichi game. I actually really hate most of the Japanese voices in those. IMO they have more feeling and match the characters better in English.

I don't know about Soul Eater yet, but from the parts I've seen so far it doesn't seem too bad. And it seems like the casting is pretty good, so I'd say the dub will *at least* be tolerable.

I feel so relieved that I'm not the only person who felt that way and it's not the fact that it's a female voice actress hell Laura Bailey could pretty much play the whole cast and make it work not say I don't like Britteny Karbowski(ie Mone,Anya,Sia,Himeko) . It's just that they made Blackstar come across as annoying and winy when he's supposed to be this egotistical Badass:(

souls voice wuz PERFECT <333 makas was good to and so was tsubakis but.. blackstar's suppsed to be an egotistical badass. his voice isn't sll thst much of either XD oh well as long as they don't screw up kid's voice i'm good <33

i have to agree with you Alcyonne. let's see... fruits basket, death note, naruto, and i know there were a couple others that i'd watched dubbed that i liked better. Oh yea, bleach. and some others but that's irrelevent.

I reaaaaly hate people who keep saying that all dubs are horrible! IF YOU DONT LIKE DUBS THEN DONT WATCH THEM, DONT DRAG OTHERS WHO LIKE DUBS INTO YOUR PROBLEMS! Not all dubs are bad!

Geez......................

I was just reading some replies of Soul Eater dubs and they were VICIOUS! JUST STOP!
