in the manga sakura tells naruto she loves him and yamato was about to step in and say something what do u guys think he was about to say

I guess he was about to scream 'what's going on?!!?' or something like that but was cutt off by kakashi.
Well, this clearly proves that in the scene where sakura was healing naruto- yamato wasn't going to say 'you like naruto' but something else about her confidence  im sorry but the translaters might be not only sloppy but bad in translating

i think it was the promise to not tell naruto.maybe. because on 1 chapter they were talking about killing sasuke

Good point I guess, maybe there was a secret discussion between Sakura and Yamato at the bridge battle. Either Sakura told Yamato, she doesn't love Naruto the way he loves her. Or maybe, Yamato told Sakura not to tell Naruto that she loves him (given his obvious emotional instability).
