Who was the girl at the end?
Was it Misa at the end of the manga? (I'm sorry if this was already said before, but this is the first time I've posted on the DN forums.) It was kind of random, and I couldn't tell who it was. I haven't watched the anime yet, so I don't know if it ends the same way and if you can tell by the voice.

If you've read the How to Read. It was said that it was a random girl. She really did look like Misa and I thought it was her too but Ohba and Obata said in the interview that it was just a random girl and Misa committed suicide after finding out that Light has died. Sad, isn't it?

Speaking of How to Read - I know it isn't related to the topic at all, but really, I'm so shocked to find this out that I have to share this - did you know that Roger didn't like kids? It is written there, black on white. You know, I had this image of a nice, good old man who is kindhearted and love kids, and now this image is completely fragmented. I don't like it. What in his behavior indicated so? It seemed like he care about the kids...
I'm really embittered about that, you know? Even though he was a very minor character and it doesn't matter anything to the story really, it bothers me. I hate it when something that I heartily believe in is proved to be completely wrong, especially if I don't see the reason behind that at all... Loony, especially, but others too - I need to reply to you on other threads, I just completely flooded with College work so I neglect the more serious disscussions (because it takes time and dedication that I don't really have right now). I hope to get back into these disscussions soon. |
