ive only watched the anime, but in the manga does sunako end up with anybody????

The follows the manga pretty well up to a certain point, and that would be the last episodes. Manga keeps going. I personally prefer the manga.

To answer your question, theres Probably like a 99% chance shes gonna end up with Kyohei. Its only a matter of time and themdragging their feet about the whole thing.

The manga is not over yet. Though it seems to lean towards Kyouhei.
