IMO, All of the girls are pretty much cute / pretty. Their unique personalities make them all stand out. :B

Red - He's a cutiepie. ; D OMGGG. But the game Red is so coool... he doesn't say anything, but he's standing in the middle of some snowy place. That's hot. Hahahaha (Omg, I sound like some psycho saying some sprite/character's hot. o__O )
Green - Who doesn't think he's sexy? ; D
Gold - Soooo cooool and adorable. Gotta love his hair ! DUUUDE. What the hell's happened to the game's Gold? o__O No offense, but his eyes are like... gahh. It looks kinda overrated if you ask me.
Silver- HOTHOTHOTHOT. oooohisbeautifulredhair. ~
Ruby - Nuff said. ; ) <333333333333
Emerald - Shortiemuffinnnn. :B I'd cuddle him like a teddybear !
Wally (idk if you'd count him as a dexholder.) - Ahhhh he's really cute ! Love his pretty eyes and green hair! although he's sick, he looks so adorable! hahhaha.
Dia - Hahahha. Hmm... not "hot"... more like cute. His lazy eyes ! sooo adorable. x )
Pearl - Love his hair, maaaan. Like Dia, a cutiepie. He's so cute when he gets mad! Huhuhuhu...

Well, I personally found Emerald ugly at first, but that was only until he got wet and his hair flopped, and then he was absoloutly adorable <3

But all the others are pretty darned good looking, especially Red, Ruby and Dia.

To be honest, I find rivals more attractive. Not only in Pokemon, but also in other Animes. I don't know why though... but Gold is second on my list~!!! : D
