I think Touma is...
Ive read at chapter 4 and Toumas annoying... I dont like him! >:I He ruined the plan... I guess i like Misaka
 she is.. like... the kind of person that attracts me to a manga... I guess? 0.o iunno.... the main thing is i dont really like Touma

Well, technically speaking, To Aru Majutsu no Index starts off from a light novel and then it gets adapted to an anime and manga. Railgun on the other hand, is the side-story to Index's light novel, starting off as a manga, so the events you see there are happening before Touma meets Index or the things you see in Index's manga.

 You're the first person who i met who doesn't like Touma. You should really see To Aru Index.He's one of the lovable characters who you can't hate
