Chapter 40 “Difference in Strength”

Tasha’s a bit surprised at being hit. He’s marveling at the difference in strength between them. The knight tells him not to worry he won’t kill him. And the reason Tasha is unable to do anything is because he’s weak. And Tasha is thinking about his sister and Halloween and how even though he promised to get stronger, yet again he’s unable to protect anything. The knight wants him to summon Halloween. Tasha’s getting a surge of strength and the knight’s like oh please. But then Tasha fires a huge shot at him and the knight is wondering how Tasha got the sudden strength. Scene switch. Aria’s not believing Halloween because she believes her big brother (Tasha)’s supporter is a pumpkin puppet/doll. And Halloween’s like yeah, and that would be me, and I’ve slept in the same room as Tasha and even showered together (as a pumpkin…). That has pissed off Aria and she wants to kill Halloween now and they start fighting. She’s wondering about Tasha while they begin. Scene switch. The knight’s marveling at the strength now emanating from Tasha. And then notices the glove on his right hand. End of chapter.

Chapter 41 “High-level magic”

The knight notices the crazy-ass amount of magic coming from the glove and is wondering if Tasha’s sudden strength is because of the glove. But then wonders why Tasha didn’t use that from the start and thinks Tasha has not learned to control it. So he decides that he needs to take care of that glove…even though Tasha’s newfound strength is a problem (all the meanwhile, Tasha’s been shooting at him). The knight put the tip of his sword into the ground in a strike and then a vooosh of power surges through him. He tells Tasha he’s not the only one with high-level magic. Then the knight comes in for a single strike. and…. has cut off Tasha’s right forearm completely. The arm with the glove on it falls to the ground. And the knight says, “And high-level magic is the specialty of a supporter.” At the same time (scene switches) Halloween is coming in for a strike when all of a sudden her sword disappears. And Halloween is now worried about Tasha because the high-level magic has been cut off for her. Aria’s like there’s no way someone like you can be my big brother’s supporter, I’ll kill you now. Then someone interrupts and is like how disappointing, I came all the way over to only find the supporter. Ta-da….it’s Ryuhwan.

Chapter 42 “Precious Person”

Ryuhwan glances at Aria and then..ignores her. He asks Halloween where Tasha is. Aria’s pissed at being ignored but Ryuhwan’s pumpkin is coming in for a strike. ..and so those two start fighting. Halloween wonders why Ryuhwan is there. He said his goggles have the ability to track down magic he’s seen before however… this time around he failed since instead of Tasha he found his supporter, instead. And since the magic’s been cut off from her, he can’t even track it back through her. He tosses her a teleporter device and urges her to go to Tasha which she should still be able to do as a supporter even without magic. Halloween tries to make him promise to not kill Aria since Aria’s hers to fight. And tries to make him promise on his master’s name. Camera view change. Seems Halloween’s gone off but Ryuhwan’s like since you asked me like that, there’s no way I cannot make that promise. But it’ll be a bit difficult to maintain the promise he made on his master’s name..so let’s make it easier. He pulls out his own gun. Aria’s like so you have both the gun and supporter like those of my brother… what’s the connection between you two. He said he was a disciple under the same master. And she’s like, “oh, my — [evil look] you were HER disciple?” And she’s like I see… then your skills will be like that of my brother. And in response to that Ryuhwan’s like, okay, that won’t do, I cancel/nullify the promise. He tells her she made two mistakes. The first was to insult his master and the second was to compare him to Tasha. Then he gets serious. Scene switch. Halloween’s having difficulty even traveling a short distance and hopes she doesn’t run into any witches on the way there. All of a sudden a beautiful woman appears. Halloween’s thinking oh crap I don’t have enough strength to fight a witch. But for some reason her heart’s beating faster and when the woman all of a sudden comes up and hugs her, Halloween’s body won’t let her strike the woman and begins to cry, instead. She doesn’t know what’s happening to her body. And so Lancelot comes and says, as expected.. even though your mind doesn’t remember, your body and heart remember your mother.

Chapter 43 “Sealed Memory”

Flashback to when Lancelot attempts to have an audience with King Arthur and other knights stand in his way and he cuts them down. He demands to know why the king is not allowing Queen Guinevere and Princess Mordred to meet. And Arthur says it’s because Guinevere’s a queen and he’s following the rules of the land. Lancelot’s flashback is ending with, “It’s been several years since, but…. finally they can meet, those two.” Halloween’s like “you two are strange by saying something strange like that upon meeting. You’re saying a witch is my mother? Don’t make me laugh! I don’t have time for jokes here.” Lancelot notes her memories must have been sealed. But to not think with her mind but with her body and heart to see if the woman next to her is truly her mother. And also… he pulls out Tasha’s arm and tosses it on the ground. Halloween asks what it is and Lancelot says it’s her master’s hand. She’s like, “You’re lying.” He said he cut it off, himself. Halloween’s pissed now and comes in to try and strike him. He says give it up, you won’t be able to even hurt me without high-level magic.

Chapter 44 “Choice”

Tasha jumps into the scene and says, “Then how about my own blade?” (his gun’s equipped with a blade below it…Colt Custom Gold in blade-mode) He tells Lancelot to back off from Halloween. Lancelot finds it strange that Tasha’s recovered enough already even though he had beat Tasha up so badly he couldn’t move. And he’s wondering NOW what’s with Tasha’s strength. Halloween’s asking him if he’s okay and she was worried since the magic was cut-off. Tasha asks her and just why are you even here, what about Aria? She says not to worry, someone came to help and they can go in an instant (she holds out the teleporter). But Lancelot slices it in half. And Halloween’s angry and blurts out that Ryuhwan gave it to her. Tasha’s like, “Ryuhwan?” Halloween’s like, “Oh, crap.” Tasha demands an explanation and Halloween confesses Ryuhwan’s the one helping over out at Aria’s location. He’s real pissed at Halloween now and says what if Ryuhwan discovers she’s the one who killed their master. Guinevere’s a bit worried but Lancelot tells her not to worry since out of this only good can come. Halloween’s pissed in return and says just what did you want me to do when the magic’s been cut-off and she has no way of knowing what’s happening with him. He said from the moment Ryuhwan appeared, you should have tried even harder to stick with Aria. Halloween protests saying she’s HIS supporter and her master’s life is important above all else. He says, Aria is more important than his own life. Halloween says it’s useless telling her that since in comparison to his life, Aria’s means nothing to her. Then Tasha says, very well, I don’t need a supporter like you. Halloween’s shocked and snaps back, “Well I don’t need a master like you!” Tasha says, “And here I thought if anyone, you’d be able to understand. How regrettable.” And he walks away from her. He walks past Lancelot after giving him a stare and Lancelot lets him walk by without doing anything. Lancelot’s comforts her with Guinevere behind him starting something. Scene switch. Tasha’s walking…and glances back a couple of times while walking. And he’s pissed because if she had followed after hi, he may have even forgiven her. Then a boooom happens and Tasha rushes back worried about Halloween (and thinking to himself to Aria to wait a bit longer). Lancelot’s like so you did come back but it’s too late. Mordred-nim will soon be Guinevere’s. Picture of Mordred curled in a fetal-like position in the middle of an egg-shell being built around her piece-by-piece (magically). Lancelot tells Tasha that in this situation, he will be unable to do anything. And Tasha notes that for the first time, he’s feeling this feeling about something not related to Aria. Tasha tells Lancelot he’ll kill him.

Chapter 45 “Egg of the Beginning of the World”

They’re fighting but Tasha’s way outmatched by Lancelot. Lancelot tells him the one who’s precious to Tasha isn’t here and is Mordred-nim that important to him? Tasha’s like, are you nuts, it’s not like that, she’s simply mine. They exchange words etc. and Lancelot pins Tasha’s right shoulder to a stone with his blade and tells him Halloween only looks at Tasha like that because he is her master. Tasha says I know..you don’t have to tell me something like that. Lancelot says it’s the end, however, ..once Guinevere’s “Egg of the [Beginning of the World]” completes, the contract of his will be broken and Mordred-nim can return to her original form. Tasha cocks his gun and Lancelot’s like what are you doing..you should just give up already. Tasha is like I know all that but I can’t give up because… Halloween is mine! (He fires.) And it actually hits Lancelot this time. (You have to remember, his gun’s a magic gun, it only fires magic.) Lancelot’s pushed back by the force of the shot. Tasha notes that a gun that shouldn’t be able to fire magic anymore is firing magic..with strength he shouldn’t have. Tasha collapses to the ground. And he notices the egg is complete. He keeps thinking.. “it doesn’t matter anymore. Halloween… from the moment you became a person, your memories began to penetrate me. And I know you’d be happier with them. And how being with me always put your life in danger. And I don’t know whether we will be able to see a tomorrow where you can be happy with me… However, I need you, Halloween.” He yells out loud, “My name is Tasha Gospell! As your master, I command you! Come to me! Halloween!” The complete egg starts shaking and then explodes. You hear a voice, “I am Halloween, Tasha Gospell’s supporter. By the contract, I will be with you who have called my name even to the depth of hell.” Halloween is pictured now with some black drape/cape that covers her in one piece. (Picture a black bedsheet with a hole in the middle to let her head through.) They smile at each other. Lancelot says, “I’m surprised. To see magic come forth from one whose magic’s been cut-off. And to see even the egg [of the beginning of the world] be broken. The contract between you two is really quite strong…” Lancelot then says, “It’s a bit risky, but to finally break the contract, I’ll have to kill Tasha Gospell.” Halloween’s like, just try. Lancelot tells her she’s still in a state in which she can’t fight. Then BOOM… one of those earth flower things springs up out of the ground. (Huge earth spikes) Lancelot is pushed back and there are a lot of those earth spikes in front of him. Halloween and Tasha are wondering if it could be Tarass/Talath who’s appeared. But a voice says, “Don’t compare me to the likes of him.” A woman stands there.

Chapter 46 “Tanya Dauberg”

First page shows an emblem/crest. It is the Privity emblem, family crest of the Doberg/Dauberg/Doubergh…(whatever, the author will show his intended English spelling sometime) family deifying the earth god “Privity”. And from the family, in the top 3 of the WH world (well, without Idia and the #2 guy…she’s really #1 now) : Tanya Dauberg. Tasha wants to know why the northern region’s white class WH is there. She’s not going to stand by. She remarks how Lancelot isn’t some normal guy if he evaded her attack. But… could *that* person evade it (she is talking about Guinevere standing a bit further off)? Tanya has attacked but Lancelot has rescued Guinevere. Lancelot remarks how her action was shameful. She says if he wants a fair fight then come to the dojang for that, but out here it’s a battlefield. blahbalbh. She asks if he likes flowers. And she produces an enormous earth spike bouquet/flower from the ground. She remarks how beautiful it is. Tasha doesn’t see how that could be considered beautiful. Tanya turns to Tasha and says didn’t you have something you wanted to say earlier? I’ll listen. Tasha’s like ..something I want to say..? Tanya’s like, well, naturally, didn’t you want to praise my skills? Tasha’s got that “-_-” face and thinking, “Just like Talath! She clearly has the same blood as Talath flowing through her! How!ev!er!” Then he starts bs’ing and gives false adulation like there aren’t the right words to praise you properly, etc. Halloween’s like…Tasha’s gone mad. And Tasha’s mad saying the Dauberg family’s the wealthiest and strongest so kissing up to them isn’t exactly a bad idea. Tanya points her sword at him and asks how he knows Talath/Tarass/however-you-spell-it. Tasha is thinking oh man..what’s with her all of a sudden. But he says, “Oh, we..are a team, so….” Her eyes widen and she says, “Team!” He’s got that “oh, crap I’m going to die” look now. And ba-boom out comes a lollipop with a little ornament on it. She says it’s good. She’s moved that he’s a team with Talath. Tasha is still a little shocked at the sudden change of attitude at the mention of Talath being a teammate. But Tanya wants to know where Talath is. He tells her Talath went to the Eastern region. She’s like, “what are you talking about? Talath told me he was going to the south.” Tasha says, “No, he got on the train going east.” She’s like oh well I’ll just ask him, directly, myself. She pulls out a cell phone with a cell phone strap with 3 little bunnies hanging off it. But her phone screen says “message rejected” And she crushes the cell phone in her hand. But apparently Lancelot had survived the Flower of Earth/Earthen Flower with Guinevere in his arms and is trying to escape/move her to a safer place. However, Tanya’s more interested in what’s happening to Talath so she jaunts off. Scene switch. Ryuhwan says, “It’s rather noisy/chaotic magic, don’t you think?” He’s sitting/squatting on a rock with his hand under his chin in a bored pose. Aria’s sprawled on the ground somewhere behind him looking pretty beaten. There are a lot of holes in the ground with smoke/dust billowing out from them. She says, “you’re like my brother but why are you so strong…” She’s looking at his back since he’s facing away from her. He says, didn’t I tell you not to compare me to him, and also, the time we spent with our master differs. She scoffs and says, “Like staying with that [woman] any longer would make a difference.” That brings out a response from him because all of a sudden he’s moved to be near her and is facing her with a gun pointing at her. He tells her not to speak of her anymore and to not forget that the reason he’s letting her leave is a promise he made upon his master’s name. A voice behind him says, “Then, how about putting the gun away.” Talath looks behind him at the owner of the voice and sees Valette. She says, “It’s been a while, Ryuhwan.” He’s shocked. He says, “Is that really you, Valette? I thought you died with master… but, to see you alive…! That means… master is really alive, then. I thought that witch’s words were suspect but what she said was real!” Valette says, “naturally.” A wisp starts to come out from a shadow. And then pierces right through Ryuhwan’s body. Valette says, “But that is not something you should be happy about.” End of volume 9.
