However I am certain it's LOW QUALITY magazine scans. I myself bought the magazine last week. The scanlators prefer to use high quality scans from the volumes. The only drawback is that you have to wait for them to come out.

FYI- That chapter builds on what happened last month.

OMG thanks a dozen i've waiting for new chapters for AGES updates are slow but i'm grateful that the manga hasnt been dropped

It hasn't been dropped. There was a plan to get out a few chapters in the near future, but life happens. They have only had the book a month.
I buy the magazine every month, but I do not post raws out of respect to the scanlators.

k, stupid question, but I'm genuinely curious on how not posting raws is a form of respect? Is it to prevent flooding of "translate this, translate this" or prevent other people from scanslating?

The 'translate this and that' , and it ruins the surprise. Also for continuity of the translation. Translation is an un-exact science and they want to put forth the best they can.
I have not looked at the raws posted, but since I've scanned my magazine sometimes, I know that the colors bleed through a bit when they are scanned. You don't have that problem with the volumes.
