Well, like you know there are some differences in the look of people from Asia and Europe.
So.... Elda and the other vampires originally came from Europe so they should have a european look, but Karin's name and surname is japanese, but no one ever made a comment about if she came from europe and no one ever seems to think anything about that she might be foreign. Ya know, people who meet her for the first time would maybe notice if she looked a bit different but had a japanese name.... so, ah well, i was just thinking about this... and wanted to share my thoughts xD

.... the author probably just didn't think about that at all... :Y


but what do you think? you think it's weird or normal?

I'm not suprised Yuna didn't make her look different... The only thing that seperated her (Or mad her look European) was her eyes had a tint of red.

Is having red eyes european? well, yes, maybe it's more like european than asian, but i've never seen an european with red eyes either.... :Y ........wasn't that just what made her look like a vampire? o.ó (+her fangs, ofcourse)

Well erm, I am European and.. nope we haven't red eyes, anyway Elda original surname is Marker (from Wikipedia) but Calera and Henry Change when they went to japan into Maaka, but yeah I was wondering about
her look a bit weird...

yea, i'm european too.. :U
and I know they changed their name but they probably didn't change their appearance, right? :X ...so they should look different from most japanese people...
