Yes, I realize that Kaoru is definitely the right match for Minamoto. However, lets ignore the future for a bit and just consider what you would personally like the match to be. I actually think that Minamoto and Shiho would be the most fun as a couple, considering how sadistic she is. A harem end is good too, why should he have to choose?!

I'm always a big fan of the harem ending, a proper harem ending not the "hinted-at-harem-but-nobody-ends-up-with-him-in-the-end" ending. That being said, if i'm realistic, Aoi is probs a better fit out of the three since she's the most "normal". Kaoru is stupid and perverted, Shiho is sadistic and dark, and Aoi is shy and intelligent. Aoi and Minamoto are the most similar. That being said, sometimes opposites attract but we see in the future that Kaoru mellows out. I'm just thinking, the chapters hint at MinaxKaoru pairing but i don't see the other two allowing that unless they find their own other loves. And i doubt they'll be toy boy and bulley boy.

Hehehe, I actually think Minamoto x Shiho has a decent chance. Shiho often clings to him, and she never appears in Igou's vision.

I really don't care who he ends up with. I think he should take turns with each of them. A harem end would be nice too, but I can easily imagine the Children becoming too jealous of each other and antagonizing the other two.
