i think they were created in a lab somewhere b/c there is no way in hell a normal woman would be able to mate with someone the size of a mountain. his sperm would probably be the size of a small shark (and twice as deadly).

I think Kongou's mom is probably a giant like the dad; so you can pretty much imagine two mountain sized people having sexy time somewhere in ocean. But yeah I don't really think logical explanation are relevant in a manga like this.

His dad give birth to them. That's the only logical explanation. =D They reproduce through budding. =P (Which is why Akira and his brother are small compared to their father.)
