The number 21 is usually given to the strongest or the fastest player on their team... it's just a title that people decided should exist xD

yeah, not so much. adrian peterson is the best running back in pro football right now, and his number is 28. walter payton might have been the best running back ever. his number? 34. certain positions tend to get numbers from certain groups of numbers (quarterbacks/kickers/punters, 1 - 15, linebackers/safeties, 50 - 60, etc.), but the number 21 doesn't mean anything special. sena got #21, i've heard, because 21 is ladanian tomlinson's number (which is funny, because he's having a terrible year).
