Don't you think the drawing and characters are a bit similar to that of "Eureka seven" or is it just me?

The artists are two completely different people, if I'm not mistaken. And the art is definitely different. The character designs, coloring techniques, etc....For some examples:
Eureka 7 http://www.freewebs.com/animecelesti...lpaper%201.bmp http://coren.rotahall.org/pics/Eureka%20Seven.jpg the artist's gallery: http://gallo44gallery.web.fc2.com/sha01_04.html http://gallo44gallery.web.fc2.com/sha05_06.html http://gallo44gallery.web.fc2.com/sha07_08.html http://gallo44gallery.web.fc2.com/sha09_end.html http://gallo44gallery.web.fc2.com/dvd_jake.html http://gallo44gallery.web.fc2.com/33_album.html http://gallo44gallery.web.fc2.com/eu_teikyou01.html ...and more.... Karneval http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/karnevalv2.png http://media.onemanga.com/mangas/00003802/logo.jpg I don't have that many pic sources for Karneval :P But if you study the art between the two, there are clear differences between the two artists' drawings. I think it's just that anime/manga artstyle has blended so much these days that it's kinda difficult to tell who drew what and such. But it's quite obvious at times like these two artists. But I guess it can be similar if you view it in certain ways. In my opinion, though, Karneval's characters have more "edgier" feeling to their designs than Eureka 7 characters. Honestly, when I first saw Karneval's art I thought it was Yun Kouga (Loveless, Earthian). The art is really similar....and even runs in the same magazine. >_>
