So far (and I'm on chapter 222) there have been 3 cross overs i can remember, Cardcaptor Sakura, XXXHolic, and Magic Knight Rayearth (the three girls who are friends with Sakura are the three main characters of MKR). If anyone can think of any others (I haven't read all manga) please tell me and tell me where in the story they appear.

I'm not sure it's every one but most of CLAMP's works, yes. I believe Wish is one that doesn't cross over but I could be wrong.

-Mokona: this deserves its own text xD There is this book, that tell a short story about the two Mokonas in Tsubasa, with Yuuko and Clow explaining to them that they were created resembling another creature (the "original" Mokona, in MKR), but they were smaller and had the ability to talk :P. So, is not really that the MKR!Mokona appeared, but that this two Mokonas ARE copies of that Mokona. (Please DON'T think that they are clones, they are not, in the book is mentioned that Yuuko and Clow met the MKR!Mokona and that they made the TRC!Mokonas just basing in the MKR!Mokona looks xD)
-Caldina, in Outo, at Oruhas' bar.
-Celes, Windom and Rayearth in Hanshin, as Kurogane, Fye and Shaoran's kudans.
-Emeraude, the princess that save the childs a long time ago, in Jade.

-Sakura: R!Sakura and C!Sakura are her altern self, and the very Sakura Kinomoto appears in the manga as well.
-Shaoran: R!SHaoran and C!Shaoran are his alternate self.
-Touya, as the king of hte Clow Kingdom, and in hanshin as a part-time worker.
-Yukito, as the a priest in the Clow Kingdom, and in Hanshin as a part-time worker (always with Touya ♥)

This is just a short list of the major characters that appeared. Sorry if there are any mistakes, or bad English xD Besides the characters, there are tons and tons of elements that appeared in previous CLAMP's works. (i.e. Piffle Princess) is a brand/shop that appeared in CCS, Angelic Layer...there are sword from RG Veda and MKR...)
